We will dispatch your order within 2 days of receiving it (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).  The package is then posted by Royal Mail second class and will take a further 3-5 days.  Due to the Olympics, please allow for a further 2 days for delivery for Jul/Aug.

 

If required next day delivery can be arranged at a cost of £6.95.  Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day and sent special delivery to be delivered the following day.  Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. (Excluding Sundays and bank holidays).

 

We can now deliver to Europe and Internationaly.  Prices are as follows:

 

Europe: £7.95

Rest of the World: £9.95

 

Please note that Ruby Rani is not responsible for any tax or duties imposed on the goods by the country into which we are posting the products.  The customer is liable to pay these charges.

 

Europen and International postage will take between 10-14 days to deliver.

 

For urgent orders, please contact us at customercare@rubyrani.com quoting your order number and we will accommodate where possible.

 

Delivery times may vary according to availability.  Ruby Rani cannot be held responsible for any delays in you receiving your goods attributable to postal delays, strikes, adverse weather or any other matter outside our reasonable control.

 

We would like your Ruby Rani product to feel like a special gift.  We therefore wrap our products in tissue before sending them out.  If you would like to send a gift message (you can do so at the checkout stage), we will write it in a complimentary card. Returns

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a 7 working day cooling off period from the day after the day of receipt of your goods. Please contact us in writing within 7 working days if you wish to return your goods.  You can contact us at customercare@rubyrani.com or use the form on the website http://www.rubyrani.com/index.php?PageID=1064

 

Please return the goods within 14 days in their original condition and packaging.  If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for the collection of the item from your residence at your cost.  

 

Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification of cancellation. This will include a refund of the delivery charge if notification of cancellation is received in writing within 7 working days of the day after the day of receipt of goods.

 

Further, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt of the goods provided that they are in their original condition and with their original packaging.

In the rare event that a product is faulty, please inform us and we will arrange either an exchange (no additional delivery costs) or a refund of the product including a refund of the delivery cost.

 

All other exchanges will incur additional postage costs.

 

All returns will have to be paid for by the customer (except faulty items).  For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.  Please ensure that the goods cannot get damaged during transit as they are your responsibility until they reach us. Please retain proof of postage and include your order number with the return.

 

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
